There was little doubt of the suspect’s guilt in connection with the death in an abandoned building just of the Rue La Bord. A policeman had caught the man running from the scene of the crime, the murder weapon had been found in his pocket, paraffin test had shown that he’d fired the gun; ballistics proved the bullet found in the victim had been fired from the suspect’s gun.
