Plot | : | + "Four Fingers and A Thumb". Old Nancy is 117 years old today. The hand of a dead Chinaman returns to haunt its killer. The story was subsequently produced on The Star Spangled Theatre on August 3, 1941 (see cat. #64666). This is an Australian production of a script used on "The Witch's Tale" on October 19, 1937. The date of the Australian production is approximate; and the program may have been syndicated by Artransa. The script is similar to "The Witch's Tale" program titled, "The Gypsy's Hand' + On a dusty roadway out in California in the year of 1852 a horseman is riding heading in to town for a card game against Cash when he is met by Dan who warns him that Cash is going to get him because he is crazy about his wife and her about him. Bailey tells Dan that Cash has no reason to be jealous of him, no women like his type, the type that makes his living from his wits and four trained fingers and a thumb. |
