Spoiler : Long time Big Band and Swing Music historian Chuck Cecil, is the host of this program. In this series, Chuck took a week of a year, such as the Third Week of September, 1938, music sales data from the time period to produce the programs. He conducts the program some what like Your Hit Parade, as he uses the Top Ten Records of the Week from his massive collection of 78 rpm to 12 inch vinyl records. It is a wonderful capsule of the time periods represented by the programs, some of the hottest music of the time are in these programs.
