| Plot | : | + Two gunmen are wounded while holding up the stage. Howard Brand is one of the robbers, and he's been fatally wounded. Doc is kidnapped by the other members of the gang. A good story. The script was used again on April 3, 1960 and on the Gunsmoke television series on December 1, 1956. The Stage Coach arrived in late today and Hank informed them that they had run in to a fight with three bandits. They’d killed one of them but the other two had rode off, one of them injured. Hank recognized one of them as young Howard Brant a fellow that had moved out to Kansas a while ago with his young wife. Chester had met him when he first moved in the area and didn’t think he seemed like a bandit. |
