Matt receives a letter from the Judge in Wichita. It is a court order for eviction. It seems that Brandon Teak didn’t file legally on his land. At one time Teak had a bad reputation when he lived in Abilene but he was married now and trying to work the land. He and his wife were also due to have a child any day now. Since he had married Teak hadn’t worn a gun and was a changed man. Marshall Matt Dillon was not happy about evicting him and goes to Wichita to see what can be done. Marshall Matt Dillon has to deliver a court order to evict Brandon Keat as although he had deeds to his land he didn’t file it legally. Brandon Keat used to have a bad reputation but now he was married with a child on the way.
