The town of Bixby was a typical mining community of the old west supplying the necessary equipment to the prospectors and providing recreation for those who had struck it rich enough to patronize the many café’s lining the main street. Len Purvis a seasoned veteran of the hills was celebrating the sale of his gold claim and as the action of the story begins we see him surrounded by his friends. The Lone Ranger unmasked but disguised is also present… |
